Recovery & Parent Care

The postpartum period is a time of physical recovery and emotional adjustment. We provide support that helps parents rest, recover, and feel cared for while they care for their baby.

Household Support

Overnight Newborn Support

You may book support hours as needed, beginning at 42 hours. limited availability, book ahead

All overnight packages include the initial introduction, and a prenatal planning meeting

Parent Rest & Recovery

One of the most valuable parts of overnight support is the opportunity for parents to get uninterrupted rest while recovering and adjusting to life with a new baby.

  • Rest to promote postpartum recovery

  • Feeding support during overnight hours

  • Emotional reassurance and guidance

  • Help creating sustainable nighttime routines

  • Practical tips for infant sleep and soothing

  • A calm, experienced presence during the early weeks at home

Newborn Care Throughout the Night

Overnight support allows parents to rest while their baby receives care. We keep you informed and involved in the ways that feel right for your family.

  • Newborn care and soothing

  • Diaper changes

  • Bottle feeding

  • Bringing baby to nursing parents for feeds

  • Settling baby back to sleep (you go back to sleep!)

  • Monitoring newborn needs and routines

  • Basic feeding and sleep education

$1,890+

$45/hr, 42 hour minimum, shifts are 7 hours long, typically from 11pm-6am.

Last minute support available at doula’s discretion. Book in advance to secure support.

As doulas we only provide non-medical physical, emotional, and informational support. When needs arise outside our scope, we help connect you with trusted local resources, such as pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, mental health providers, pediatric providers, and other community support.
